Happy Holidays from Kyiv!

Well, I've missed Hannukah and "Roman" Christmas, but there's still New Year's and Orthodox Christmas, and then Old New Year! So Happy Holidays!

Glad you got to celebrate Christmas with your brother (and of course Belka). So cute. Meg was excited when she was reading this Sunday’s Washington Post’s Travel section and the main article was on “The bells of Kiev” (where Miss Lisa is). So I’m wondering when is Orthodox Christmas? I’ve always known that Orthodox Easter was on a different date than “our” Easter, but never heard about Orthodox Christmas. And does that means my Christmas Card still has some delivery time?
